NORTHEAST LINK is a Regional Orientation Seminar held in the Fall for recipients of Rotary Foundation Scholarships, Fellowships and Grants. Understanding the roles and responsibilities of all participants is a key element in supporting the mission of The Rotary Foundation to promote peace, foster understanding and friendships, and improve lives.

NORTHEAST LINK for GSE and VTT is an orientation program held in the winter, designed to help Group Study Exchange and Vocational Training Team Leaders and Team Members prepare for their vocational and cultural experience in a foreign country. Diplomacy, and the challenges and opportunities of spending an extended amount of time abroad, are emphasized.

  • Rotary Peace Fellows (RPF)
  • Group Study Exchange (GSE) / Vocational Training Team (VTT) Leaders and Team Members
  • Former Scholars, GSE and VTT participants
  • Representatives of Sponsor and Host Rotary Clubs
  • District Leaders
  • Rotarians who are interested in learning more about The Rotary Foundation’s Educational Programs.
